Each training term is carefully planned to balance performance and recovery

Regular Weeks

GRIND Engine (Push), GRIND Engine (Pull), GRIND Anchor, and Spin sessions

Rest Week

No classes—time to recover and recharge

Reset Week

Modified sessions including the original GRIND workout and Spin, allowing you to reset and test your fitness before the next term.

Members are given priority if a class reaches capacity, and you will be notified if affected. Payment is required at reception upon arrival. Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your first class.
