Built for serious training, featuring squat rack stations with lifting platforms and erg machines including ski ergs, rowers, and air bikes. This space also hosts group classes and is available for sports teams to book for structured training sessions.

Ladies Training Area

A dedicated space for the ladiesĀ  that mirrors the main strength floor, offering the same equipment in a more private environment. Designed for comfortable, focused training.

Cardio & Conditioning Area

Fully equipped with treadmills, cross trainers, stair climbers, and bikes to support every level of conditioning. Ideal for warm-ups, endurance work, or high-intensity sessions.

Core & Boxing Area

A private space for stretching, core work, boxing, and functional training. Ideal for warm-ups and cool-downs.
