Terms and Conditions

  1. Membership fees are non-refundable, including those related to upfront payments or administration fees upon sign-up and for key fob issuance.
  2. Direct Debit membership payments will be deducted from your chosen account on a fortnightly or monthly basis, depending on your membership plan. 
  3. A late payment fee of $15 will apply to any overdue payments.
  4. Should membership prices change, non-contracted members will be notified via email. If you do not agree to the new pricing, please contact Studio 9 Leeton by phone or in person to cancel. 
  5. Key fobs must be used for entry and exit at all times.
  6. Proper attire, including shirts and athletic shoes, is required.
  7. Towels must be used during training. 
  8. Studio 9 Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. 
  9. Gym bags and glass items are prohibited on the gym floor.
  10. Water and protein shakes may be brought into workout areas if contained in a non-breakable, enclosed container.
  11. Studio 9 Fitness prioritises the health, safety, and welfare of its members and staff, and does not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, indecent, or illegal behaviour. The management retains the right to respond appropriately, which may include membership termination for unacceptable behaviour. 
  12. Members are not permitted to bring non-members onto the premises during non-staffed hours. A fine of $60 will be imposed for doing so, along with the potential cancellation of your membership.
  13. Members will be responsible for any damages to Studio 9 Fitness property resulting from their willful or negligent conduct.
  14. Members who do not comply with Studio 9 Fitness rules and regulations or misuse equipment will be asked to leave. Management reserves the right to terminate the membership of anyone refusing to follow the rules. Studio 9 Fitness reserves the right to amend rules, membership conditions, opening and closing hours, and services offered at any time.
  15. All equipment must be returned to its designated place after use.
  16. The member acknowledges that all exercises and use of Studio 9 Fitness facilities and equipment are undertaken at their own risk, affirming they are in good physical condition and capable of engaging in physical exercise.
  17. Studio 9 Fitness Leeton is not liable for any injuries sustained during or following training sessions.
  18. CANCELLATION POLICY If you have signed a no-lock-in contract and wish to cancel your membership, please notify us at reception, via email, or through Facebook Messenger, confirming your email address. We will send you a cancellation form for completion. Once the form is submitted, Studio 9 will process your request within 7 days, provided there are no outstanding payments.
